1.1 Assessing the responsibilities which facilitate manager has towards customer.

The term facilities operation management refers to that part of the management of operations which deals with the quality of output. The main aim to manage the effective facilities is to deal with operational working of enterprise. The operational manager of the firm need to track the records which helps to manage the quality so that firm can achieve its desire objectives. The McDonald's is need to take number of initiatives which will be helpful in terms to deal with health and safety hazard. It is very essential for employees of the McDonald's to deal with the things in terms to have health check up etc. the facilities' manager has number of responsibilities towards the customer which helps to provide best services to the customers. In this main aim is to maintain the satisfaction of customer and to gain understanding of customers so that firm can deal with the things in effective and efficient mode. Thus, employees of the enterprise need to put their best efforts to full fill these responsibilities and provide best experience to their customer (Choi, Starbuck and Lee, 2018). The production of the food and beverage items is helpful in terms to taste and preferences of the guest. This kind of planning structure is need to be used so that food and beverage preparations. In order to maintain effective services it is essential to deal with the things as are quality and hygiene. In this manner it can be said that production of food and beverage item need to take the place as per the taste and preferences of the guest. Moreover, It can be true to said that facilities' manager plays the crucial role in firm in order to have successful execution and implementation. In this way responsibilities of facilities manager is need to discussed in following manner as are-

Towards the staff- This kind of responsibilities will be inclusive of suitable and talented personnel to be the core part of the team for having planning and implementation of the activities. After, appointment manager need to take efforts in term to make better coordination so that team will perform each activities effectively. Manager is the responsible person to direct each activities in will coordinate and effective manner. It is the responsibility of manager to direct their each role to employee’s so that they are able to perform their activities effectively.

Towards the operational aspect- under this term it can be said that the whole responsibility of operational activities lies with the manager. Under this manager is need to be responsible for effective and efficient implementation (Ghiani, Laganà and Vigo, 2014). It is the responsibility of manager to track down the each activities of the staff so that all out they can perform business activities expertly. In this manager is need to be responsible in order to take initiative to have collection of funds and resources so that each person can carry out these activities effectively.

Towards the customers- The customer are the important part of the business activities. Thus, it can be said that reputations and image or the person is also essential factor which works as to attract the customer so that they are able to attend the conferences willingly and with the help of excitement. The manager need to made the promises with their staff so that each thing in the firm can be carried in expertise mode. The manager is responsible person to understand the need and demand of customer and take steps to perform this all activities effectively.

Hence, it can be said that McDonald is very responsible in term to maintain the safety and quality of food. Manager need to check the temperature of food in terms to maintain the health and safety hazards. In addition to this, it can be said that McDonald's is successful in terms to maintaining the quality of food products. There is need to addition of the quality material in the food item so that manager to the firm can process each activities effectively. In this it can be said that the instruments for preparing the food is passed through differed steps and this all need to be checked in relation to maintain the health and safety.

1.2 Describing the identification of responsibilities of facilities manager for staff engaged in operational facilities.

In this term it can be said that the main responsibility of facility manager is that he is the person, who need to look forward for variety of operations in terms to the McDonald's property. Moreover, to analyse the current scenario of it can be said that facilitate manager are trained with the thinking that all individual are very essential in terms to the McDonald's. In this way, the responsibilities of facility manager is need to be performed in terms to the operational aspect on the various manner as are-

Statutory compliance- Under this it can be said that there is need to renew the certification and license related activities in terms to the McDonald's. Thus, there is need to timely renew of all the license and certificate related activities of that effective operation of things can be done (Maher, Zong and Steinhilber, 2016).

Development of fire drill and evacuation programs- In this, there is need to ensure that fire extinguish and evacuation programmes are need to be installed. This all come under the emergency and annual maintenance.

Building management and operation- In this it can be said that arrangement in relation to building activities and kitchen facilities is need to be arranged well. Under this it can be said that all activities of the firm are need to be done in expertly mode.

Auditing- in this term it can be said that internal as well as external, legal and statutory audit function in relation to determine the each activities as per the subject matter is need to be determined so that things and operation activities can be conducted effectively.

1.3 Description on assessment to responsibilities as facilitate manager towards customer using facility.
