INTRODUCTION
The license required for breeding the animals on the personal property will require several terms and conditions which are to be met by the professionals. However, there has been various amendments and legislations which were based on analysing the requirements of sally the legal terms to be meet by the individual. In the present terms there has been discussion based on a plan of Jo and Sally as to start a breeding business in their farm.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
In relation with starting the breeding business there is need to have approval of Animal Ethic Committee which will be helpful in meeting the animal reeding licence that will be effective as to meet the breeding facilities in the effective time. Moreover, Sally has had acquired the licenses but its was not signed by the owner of the farm Jo. Therefore, without his signature or written approval the deal cannot be finalised (Noonan and Williams, 2018).
DISCUSSION
Sally has got the breeding license of Jo's farm amounted to $1000 which was in written and have the approval of the business (Specified Animals Breeding Licence, 2018). Therefore, after such activities, Jo refuses the agreement and said that he wont allow chudich animals at his farm as he did not sign the document.

As per the decision of making effective borrowings and analysing the terms relevant with the license it states that the breeding business will be approved for Jo's farm. Moreover, it was duty of Sally as to have signature of both the partners who are enrolled in the business (Koll and et.al., 2017). Here, Jo did not sign the document so the contract among them will be not be said a valid contract. It will be advised here that sally must claim here $1000 from Jo as per breach of contract.
