Title: “Impact of business ethics and corporate social responsibility on Volkswagen.”

Aim: To determine the impact of business ethics and corporate social responsibility in order to improve goodwill – A case study on Volkswagen

Objectives: On the basis of define topic and consideration, certain number of objectives get prepared which are as follow:

• To measure the impact of business ethics and CSR activities on an organisation working
• To evaluate the reflection of crafting values and CSR on goodwill of Volkswagen
• To signify the relationship among ethics and CSR with profitability of a Volkswagen

Research Questions

• What will be the impact of ethics and CSR activities on an organisation working?
• What reflection will be determine through crafting ethics and CSR terms with goodwill enhancement?
• What will be the relationship of ethics and CSR with profitability of Volkswagen?

1.2 Factors that contribute to the research project selection

This proposal is based on analysing impact of business ethics and CSR on Volkswagen company whom was once engaged in Global emission scandal. Thus, such aspect, harm the goodwill of a company most which enable and resist them to grow and expand themselves at appropriate level. This global emission scandal define as major reason behind the selection of this study so that better and effective outcome could be drawn on them (Dodd, 2017).

Business values, ethics and attribute is really important to understand so that all define things could be evaluated and describe in better manner. Hence, CSR enable and support in upraise the standard of society so that better opportunities could be revealed at market area. This project will going to include primary data survey where questionnaire used to distribute in better and definite manner. This will enable in gaining response of various respondents whom are customer of a company. Thus, chances of deriving better and supportive outcome could be reflected. Although, some scholars opinion will also used to involve in this for gaining and describing the effective outcome in nature or frame (Grayson and Hodges, 2017).

1.3 Literature review and critique

For a study, it is really essential to include about the aspects of various scholars. This project will based on impact analysis of business ethics and CSR on an organisation working for managing their goodwill. Thus, scholars aspects will going to link with project tile, aim and objectives. Although, such data used to gather from books, journals and several sources as well (Kolk, 2016).
