Vodafone is considered as world's best telecommunication company. This firm is having its operations in India, UK and many other region. Reason behind this success and growth is that company is able in formulating and executing best business and marketing strategy. In order to deal with all market situation, it is required that macro environment should be analysed min most adequate manner and to cater this aim PESTLE Analysis is explained further.

Political Factor:- These aspects are having their vast impact upon business activities on an organisation. Political elements have their impact in growth and progress of company. This factor is very much influential in success of infrastructure. Vodafone depends upon political state of every country in which it is operating its business activities. When a country is having unstable political area then it will become war zone area and establishment of a prominent infrastructure for network becomes a tiresome action for association (Alsudiri, Al-Karaghouli and Eldabi, 2013).

Economic Factors:- This is a very much important task in context of Vodafone company. Company is having direct relationship with economic conditions of country. This is understandable by one example like the more economic state will grow than that much will company get progress because people will have more disposable income along with higher income level then they can purchase most cheaper to expensive plans that telecommunication companies are offering in marketplace. Higher income level reflects with greater GDP and when people have more earning level then they can purchase a better communication technology with with best network provider. Higher economic conditions help business organisation in growth and success and due to this Vodafone can sell higher higher sales volume in marketplace while developing stronger customer base. There are many countries whom are facing economic crises.

Social Factors:- This type of factor is totally based upon local culture and beliefs in which association is operating its business operations. This aspect is dynamic in nature and to adopt all these into association then it is required from Vodafone company that they show some flexibility in their policies and strategies. For example Vodafone is a purely UK based venture but policies of firm gets changed according to nation in which organisation operating and wants to operate (Barberá and et. al., 2012).

Technological Factors:- This is a sector that gets changed in short period of time because this is a subject matter of innovation and invention. Vodafone association is having its mission that they always adopt and follow all contemporary trends that are running in country in order to develop all communication with relationship of technology. There are many rivals that Vodafone company is facing but to defeat them in most appropriate manner then it is required from corporation that they should adopt latest tools and technologies which competitors are not using in right time. As Vodafone is a telecommunication company and this industry has direct connection with techniques.

Legal Factors:- Vodafone corporation is having many competitors and to compete with them Vodafone should ensure that they would not enter in any legal issues like pirated and copy because if this situation happens then it will diminish reputation of firm not even in the eyes of customers but also in market. It is hard but necessary for association that they should follow all laws and legislation that are framed in different nations in which Vodafone is operating its business operations.

Environmental Factors:- When the globalisation rise at that time people started paying attention on all atmosphere and climate elements so to operate business functions in most appropriate manner then all these factors should be considered by association (Blackburn, Hart and Wainwright, 2013).
