Research approach:

Research approach is known as the way through which scholar carry out research in a right direction. Therefore, it is considered as plan which leads to improve validity of research to a superior amount (Arkesteijn,  Valks and De Jonge,  2015). There are two kinds of approach inductive and deductive. For the present research inductive approach will be used which help in developing general ideas related to the selected topic. With the use of inductive approach, the scholar can easily develop deep understanding related to the selected topic.

Data collection methods

It is considered as important part of the research in which information related to the selected topic gather from different sources. With the help of this method the researcher can easily gather information which is specific or general (Van Den Berg and Russo, 2017). Basically, there are two types of data collection method primary as well as secondary. This is considered as important part in the research which help in analysing the collected information which is being accessed through different sources of data collection (Koomen and Zoanetti,  2018). There are two methods of data collected that are qualitative and quantitative, these both methods assist in analysing the collected information in an effective manner. For the present research qualitative method will be used for analysing the information. In this, different themes will be prepared on the basis of results and interpretation will be done. It is considered as one of the effective method in which researcher present the findings in non-numeric form.

Belias,  Trivellas and Grigoriou,  (2017) state that it leads to provide clarity, direction and focus for an organisation. One of the primary purpose of strategic planning is to connect the firm vision and mission through addressing goals which they want to accomplish.
