Therefore, it can be stated that adopting new technologies can assist company in improving quality of product, services etc. The present research is focused on the effectiveness of digitising the kitchen system to enhance productivity of Bill’s Brighton restaurant. The cited firm is required to enhance productivity so that it can deliver quality products to its customers on time. To carry out the present research, I have personal interest of area. In the business, various types of strategies are applied by so that performance can be improved and all work can be carried out in an effective manner. The present research will help me in developing my knowledge related to the effectiveness of digitising kitchen system. I want to develop my carrier in hospitality industry and this research will provide information related to the way productivity can be increased and profit maximised

It has modified the way of performing task and engaging with customers. The importance of digitizing is that it has helped restaurant to increase their efficiency in operations. Besides this, it has allowed employees to work in creative way so that overall restaurant performance can be enhanced. As said by Burton, Brundrett and Jones, 2014 technology has provided a platform through which input can be converted into output more easily and effectively. The components that are used in kitchen has been upgraded. By using the latest components the quality of food has increased. Also, it has resulted in maintaining hygiene in food. The main benefit that restaurant has gained is quick and timely delivery of food to customers.

In the opinion of Simmons and Quinn, 2014 by using technology staff is able to manage and control all the kitchen work. Along with this, the automation of things has provided efficiency in operations. There has been major changes in storing of food. Now food is preserved on proper temperature and environment.
