In this modern or advanced world most of the individuals are preferring practical knowledge instead of using theoretical because everyone requires instant learning. For example; doing internships in well established organizations for enhancing their talent and so on. At the same time one thing is also determined that theoretical knowledge is much appropriate for overall personality development like; physically, mentally, socially hence forth. My name is Vasile Tanasa and I wish to complete my study of business management from Regent college in order to gain high level of knowledge. Basically, this institute is a well known and developed in UK as well as offering equal opportunities to every students. Along with this, famous for its advanced technique of teaching students which supports millions of educatee by motivating them towards their set objectives and targets. Beside this, one of the major reason behind selecting this college is well reputed image at international marketplace which attract me towards their uniqueness. Now, when I came to explain my reason for selecting business management to study is that I want to become a motivational entrepreneur in order to run a successful organization by gaining maximum profits.
Since 20 years I was a plant operator in various construction machines and engaged in operating constructive organizations. But, furthermore, I just want to gain learning about distinctive of management elements by studying business management. Thus, for accomplishing all the business activities in proper manner I need to acquire accurate knowledge about managing a firm. For instance; how to operate an enterprise, management styles, methods of leading a team, handling of complex situations and so on. Moreover, business management is all about studying major elements which is required for running an association in ethical manner and aids in controlling the probabilities of losses or mistakes. Apart from all these things one of the main reason is that I am keen interested as well as curious to learn more advanced knowledge in order to improve my overall personality by taking admission in Regent college. Additionally, I want to see my future in my own business instead of doing job in some other. Due to this I want to study business management as it helps me in various manner such as; assisting me at the time of complex situations, guiding towards correct direction, supports while managing a large firm and so on. Meanwhile, while operating an organization number of thing has been identified that is not easy to handle until and unless I have management knowledge which was expressed by experienced authors. In fact, number of assignments of this subject aids me while becoming a successful entrepreneur by running a well established organization as well as able to perform each or every business activity in much better manner. Thus, I need to continue my study in this specific subject as it is beneficial for me from all side and aids me in attaining my future goals in a defined time frame.
